Golden Acre cabbage
Brassica oleracea capitata

Green summer cabbage. A heirloom variety (1927) which produces small, round heads. 12 to 18cm (5-7 in) in diameter. 30 cm between plants. A perfect cabbage for small gardens as it doesn’t require much space. 64 days to maturity.

Sow indoors from mid-April to early May and transplant at the end of May. 1 cm deep.

Germination: 87% in November 2023
