Snowflake Lettuce
Lactuca sativa

Green leaf lettuce, curly, crisp and flavorful. Early, fast-growing and vigorous. Can become very large. Do not form heads. Slow to bolt. A superb variety from the Ukraine that we found at Adaptive Seeds (USA). Well suited to aeroponics.

Full sun, part shade. Well drained soil. Direct sowing from 6 weeks before last frost date. 6 mm deep. 30 cm between plants.

Germination: 80% in December 2025
