Brassica oleracea var. italica

Broccoli of 60 cm in height. Forms a central head of 15 to 20 cm, followed by abundant side shoots that can be harvested throughout the season. High content of glutamine (amino acid). Selected by Alan Kapuler.

Full sun, rich soil. Sow indoors from mid-April to early May and transplant at the end of May. 6mm deep. 60 cm between plants. 55 to 100 days to maturity.

Germination: 90% in December 2023
