Winter squash mix
Cucurbita moschata, maxima, pepo or argyrosperma
8 varieties of winter squash: Butternut, Buttercup, Kikuza, Thelma Sanders, Moranga, Sucrine du Berry, Gill’s Golden Pippin and Japanese pie. Creeping plants of 2 meters or more. To keep well, squash must be mature. Harvest as late as possible in autumn. Place them in a well ventilated, dry place, between 10 and 22°C. Immature squash is very tasty and can be cooked like zucchini.
Full sun, rich well-drained soil. Direct sowing after the last frost or indoor sowing 2 to 5 weeks before. 2 cm deep. 60 cm between plants.
Germination: 90% in November 2024
