Up to 2 meters high and over 60 cm wide. To prevent re-seeding, cut off the flower stalks before they go to seed. Also known as Greek and Olympic mullein. Native to southern Greece and the mountains of Olympus in Turkey. Hardiness Zone 3.<\/p>\n<p>Large, soft leaves make excellent vegetable toilet paper: <a href=\"https:\/\/jardinierparesseux.com\/2020\/12\/05\/cultivez-votre-propre-papier-toilette\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Grow your own toilet paper (in French)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Full sun, well drained soil. Direct sowing after the last frost or indoor sowing 6 to 8 weeks before.
