Very crunchy with a good pea flavour. Harvest young. Can be eaten raw or cooked. Also makes an excellent shelling pea. Small plant, 2 to 3 feet high. Can be grown in containers.<\/p>\n<p>Full sun to part shade. Well drained soil. Direct sowing from May to August. 2 cm deep and 10 cm apart.<\/p>\n<p>Tendril harvesting can begin 4 weeks after sowing and lasts until flowering.
