Cilantro Calypso
Coriandrum sativum

Annual. Leaves, flowers, stems, roots and seeds are used in cooking. Calypso is very slow to bolt, 3 to 4 weeks later than Santo in our trials. Harvest 5 to 8 weeks after sowing, cut and it will grow back. Grows well in container.

Full sun to part shade. Rich, well-drained soil. 2 cm deep. 10 to 20 cm apart.

Germination: 84% in December 2025
