Soybean Karikachi
Glycine max

Green large-grained soybean. Excellent edamame with a nutty flavour. Very productive plant of 90 cm and more. May need support. 3 seeds per pod. 70 days (edamame), + 95 days (dry).

Full sun, well drained soil. Direct sowing after the last frost or indoor sowing 10 days before. 2 cm deep. 30 cm between plants.

Germination: 90% in December 2025
