Pea Mammoth Melting Sugar
Pisum sativum var. macrocarpon

Climbing snow pea. Need a support of 2 meters or more. Harvest pods between 8 and 10 cm. Excellent flavor. Produces over a very long period. Good for freezing. Heirloom variety. 70 days to maturity.

Full sun to part shade. Direct sowing early May, 2 cm deep. 10 cm between plants.

Germination: 99% in December 2025
