Celosia argentea

Annual. Mixture of spicata, plumosa and cristata celosias. Various colors: red, orange, yellow, green, pink, white, purple, salmon or terracotta. 60 cm to 1.20 meter high. Long flowering from July until frost. Excellent cut flower. Edible leaves and flowers.

Full sun to part shade, rich well drained soil. Sow indoors 4 to 6 weeks before the last frost. 2 mm deep. 30 cm between plants. Germinates in 10-15 days at 21-27°C.
