Petunia exserta
Annual. 50 cm high. Slightly creeping habit. Small red flowers in the shape of stars very appreciated by hummingbirds and butterflies. Long flowering from July until frost. Discovered in Brazil in 1987. Easy to grow, very good resistance to drought.
Full sun to part shade, rich soil. Sow indoors in early April. Transplant after any risk of frost. Sow on the surface. 30 cm between plants. Germination in 7-10 days at 20-25 ºC.
Germination: 80% in November 2023
