Pea Opal Creek
Pisum sativum var. saccharatum

Snap peas with very sweet yellow pods. 8 cm long pods. Whether harvested small or large, they are always good. Climbing plant, need a 2 meters support. Very productive. Named Opal Creek in honor of a protected old-growth forest, Opal Creek wilderness in Oregon. 70 days to maturity.

Full sun, part shade. Direct sowing at the beginning of May. 2 cm deep. 10 cm between plants.

Germination: 95% in December 2025
