Phaseolus vulgaris

Bush bean, green streaked with purple. Can be used at all stages. Harvest it very young as a snap, later as a fresh shell or completely dry. Early and vigorous plant of 50 to 60 cm height. May need support.

Full sun, well drained soil. Direct sowing after the last frost or indoor sowing 10 days before. 2 cm deep. 15 cm between plants.

Germination: 99% in December 2025
