Sweet pepper COG’s Yellow
Capsicum annuum

Yellow peppers, square, various sizes. Thick flesh. Turns from lime green to golden yellow at maturity. Plant 50 cm tall. Suitable for container gardening. Early. From a recent hybrid variety of Ukrainian origin, currently being stabilized. 75 days to maturity.

Full sun, well-drained, rich soil. Sow indoors 10 to 14 weeks before the last frost. 6 mm deep. 40 cm between plants.

This is the most recent selection. Compared with the previous generation, we noticed that all the plants gave thick-fleshed peppers. Which is still a big step towards what we hope to achieve. Note that it’s not totally out of the question that some plants may still produce thin-fleshed peppers.
