Sweet pepper Italianelle Sweet Frying
Caspium annuum
Thin-fleshed, elongated sweet pepper, 10 to 15 cm long. Green becoming red. Can be harvested at any stage of ripeness. Excellent grilled, stuffed, pickled or eaten fresh. Well suited for freezing. Productive plant, 50 to 70 cm tall. Italian heirloom variety. 65 days to maturity.
Full sun, well drained and rich soil. Sow indoors 8 to 12 weeks before the last frost. 6 mm deep. 40 cm between plants.
Germination: 85% in November 2025
