Squash Delicata Honey Boat
Cucurbita pepo

Small, elongated, cream-colored winter squash with green stripes. Sweet, flavorful orange flesh. Creeping plants of 2 meters or more. Developed by Dr. James Baggett of Oregon State University. 90 days to maturity.

Full sun. Well drained and rich soil. Direct sowing after the last frost or indoor sowing 2 to 5 weeks before. Protect young plants from insects. 2 cm deep. 60 cm between plants.

Germination: 99% in January 2026
