Foxtail amaranth mix
Amaranthus caudatus

Annual. 5 cultivars of foxtail amaranth. 90 cm to 1.20 meter high. Edible leaves and seeds. Sometimes reseeds a little. The mix contains the following cultivars: Coral Fountain, Dreadlock, Love-Lie-Bleeding, Green Tail and Mira.

Full sun, part shade. Direct sowing after any risk of frost or indoor sowing 4 to 8 weeks before. 2 mm deep. 40 cm between plants.

Germination: 71% in November 2024
