Pac Choy Purple Lady
Brassica rapa var chinensis

Beautiful little bok choy with purple leaves. Lime-green stems. Harvest between 15 and 20 cm tall. Can sometimes grow larger. For early and late-season cultivation. Well suited to indoor and aeroponic growing. Leaves turn dark green when cooked. 45 days.

Full sun to part shade, well drained soil. Direct sowing possible from 2 to 3 weeks before the last frost. Sow in August for a fall harvest. 6 mm deep. 15 cm between plants.
