Petit Marseillais sweet pepper
Capsicum annuum

Thin-fleshed sweet pepper with a very sweet taste. Really beautiful, delicious and gives abundant production. Fruits are green, turning orange-yellow at maturity, 6 to 10 cm long, rectangular and slightly crinkled. Very good fresh or for processing. Suitable for freezing. Makes an excellent paprika. Plants from 50 to 80 cm tall. Succeeds well in container. Originally from France. Traditional variety from Provence. 70 days to maturity.

Full sun, well-drained soil rich in organic matter. Sow indoors in early March, 6 mm deep, transplant when there is no longer any risk of frost. 40 cm between plants.
