Note
When we were looking for a white pumpkin to put in our catalog, we always had the taste criterion in mind: Halloween decorations are all well and good, but after that it has to be interesting to eat! Of all the open-pollinated white pumpkins we’ve seen, the White Flat Boer Ford is the only one whose flavor deserves a mention in the variety description. When it’s not mentioned, it’s usually not a good sign 😉
