Amish Nuttle bean (Mayflower)
Phaseolus vulgaris
Dry bean. Pole bean, needs a 2.50-meter stake. Small square grains, beige with red flecks. Excellent fresh shell or dry. Very productive. Heirloom variety of the Amish, Iroquois and Seneca. Also known as Mayflower, Red Nightfall, Cornhill Bean.
Sow directly outdoors in early June at 2 cm depth and 15 cm apart.
Germination: 99% in November 2023
