Lettuce Dorée de printemps
Lactuca sativa

Batavia lettuce with large blond (light green) head. Crunchy and delicious. Slow to bolt, tolerates heat well. A much-appreciated variety of French heritage.

Full sun, part shade. Well drained soil. Direct sowing from 6 weeks before last frost date. 6 mm deep. 30 cm between plants.

Germination: 90% in November 2025
