Hubbard Blue Ballet squash
Cucurbita maxima

Blue-gray, spinning top-shaped winter squash, 15 to 25 cm in diameter. Dark orange flesh, non-fibrous, excellent flavor. Productive and early. Creeping plant of 2 to 3 meters in length. 95 days to maturity.

Full sun, well-drained, rich soil. Sow indoors mid-May. Direct sowing or transplanting when there is no longer a risk of frost. 2 cm deep. 60 cm between plants.

Germination: 88% in November 2023
