Round radishes blend
Raphanus sativus var. radicula

Early radishes in all colors, red, pink, purple, yellow or white. Several with white tips. A special COG blend.

Full sun to part shade. Well drained and rich soil. Direct sowing from early May to late June. Successive sowings every 2 weeks to prolong the harvest. Start sowing again in September. 1 cm deep and 3 cm apart.

Germination: 95% in November 2024

This mix is derived from a dozen varieties of round summer radishes grown close together with the aim of cross-breeding.

We kept the most beautiful radishes and those that flowered the least quickly. As they were grown without irrigation in sandy soil, many were eliminated. The survivors have created a special blend that you won’t find anywhere else.
