Squash Spaghetti
Cucurbita pepo

Oval squash, white, sometimes green, turning yellowish-white when ripe. 15 to 25 cm long. Once cooked, the flesh falls away like spaghetti. Good storage capacity. Productive. 90 days to maturity.

Full sun, rich and well drained soil. Direct sow in early June or sow indoors in mid-May and transplant when there is no longer any risk of frost. 2 cm deep. 60 cm between plants.
