Hot pepper Sucette de Provence
Capsicum annuum

Hot pepper with a rating of 4 to 7 on the Scoville scale. Pungent, sweet flavor. Conical shape, 10 to 12 cm long. Goes from green to red. Thin walls. Dries easily. Very similar to Espelette, but slightly earlier. Plant height 75 cm, very productive. 70 days to maturity.

Full sun, well-drained soil rich in organic matter. Sow indoors in early March. Transplant when there is no longer any risk of frost. 6 mm deep. 30 cm between plants. Protect young plants from cool winds, especially at the beginning of the season.
