Bean Zuni Gold
Phaseolus vulgaris

Bush dry bean. Plant of 40 cm in height. Very early and productive. Golden yellow grain spotted with white. Also called Four Corners Gold, Zuni Shalako or Prairie Appalousa. Native to the American Southwest. 85 days to maturity.

Sow directly outdoors in early June at 2 cm depth and 20 cm apart.

Germination: 99% in December 2025
