Soybean Envy
Glycine max

Large green soybeans. An excellent edamame with a nutty flavor. Productive 60 cm tall plant. No staking needed. Early variety well adapted to hardiness zones 3 and 4. Developed by Professor Elwyn Meader of the University of New Hampshire. 75 days to maturity (edamame) and +95 days (dry).

Full sun, well drained soil. Direct sowing from mid-May to mid-June. 2 cm deep. 30 cm between plants.

Germination: 99% in December 2025
