Hot Banana hot pepper (Hungarian Hot Wax)
Capsicum annuum
Hot pepper. Yellow becoming orange and then red. 12 to 15 cm long. Medium thick flesh. Ideal for making pickled hot peppers. Heat rating of 6 on the Scoville scale. Very productive plant. 60 cm tall plant. 60 days to maturity.
Full sun, well-drained soil rich in organic matter. Sow indoors in early March. Transplantation after last frost. 6 mm deep. 30 cm between plants.
Germination: 82% in november 2023
