Petit Jaune d’Antibes sweet pepper
Capsicum annuum

Thin-fleshed sweet pepper with an elongated shape, 10 to 25 cm long. Green becoming golden yellow at maturity. Very good sweet flavor. To eat raw or cooked. Very well adapted to freezing. Makes an excellent paprika. Productive and early plant of 60 cm height. Heirloom variety originating from the South-East of France. 60 days to maturity.

Full sun, well drained and rich soil. Sow indoors 8 to 12 weeks before the last frost. 40 cm between plants.

Germination: 94% in November 2023
Ecological seeds produced at Catherine’s Ornamental Garden.
